Must be: Rebecca Thompson branded items, including Sleep by Rebecca Thompson sleepwear.
We kindly request that items be in excellent, wearable condition to maintain the high standards our customers expect from Rebecca Thompson. Please ensure garments are clean, free of damage, and in their original form.
Gently worn: Items should have minimal signs of wear, no visible stains, rips, or pilling.
Functional: Zippers, buttons, and other fastenings should be intact and functional.
Clean: All items must be freshly cleaned and odor-free.
Original Fabric: The fabric should not be overly stretched, shrunk, or heavily faded.
No Alterations: The garment must not have been altered from its original form (e.g., no custom tailoring).
Steps for returning garments:
Step 1: Fill out a return request
Step 2: Approval and shipping
Once the return request form has been approved by our team, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label or instructions for an in-store drop-off.
Step 3: Quality check
After we receive your item(s), our team will inspect the garment to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Step 4: Item will be added to our monthly Sustainable Sunday Program for pre-loved Rebecca Thompson garments.
The program will give the product a 4 month time period. (4 x Sustainable Sunday market days).
Step 5. Once your item sells you will receive your store credit
If an item remains unsold at the end of the 4th Sustainable Sunday Market, you can nominate to donate it to Rebecca Thompson's chosen charity or have your item returned.
